For those who don’t believe in a last cast.

The GOAF Reaper started with a simple idea: create a character that represents the anglers who just don’t know when to quit.

He wasn’t always the Reaper. He became him.

The concept was inspired by those days on the water when the weather turns, the bite gets tough, and everyone else starts thinking about heading in. But there’s always that one angler who keeps fishing. One more spot. One more drift. One more cast.

We imagined a fisherman who had spent so many years battling wind, rain, cold, salt, and rough water that the elements literally began wearing him away. His skin starts peeling from years of exposure, slowly revealing the skull underneath. Not because his time is up, but because nothing has been able to get him off the water.

That fisherman became the GOAF Reaper.

The GOAF Reaper Rain Jacket was built around that same mentality. Tested on the water in torrential downpours, it’s made to perform when conditions are at their worst—because bad weather doesn’t necessarily mean the day is over.

The artwork across the back tells the Reaper’s story alongside the words that define what he—and GOAF—are all about:

“Living life on the line ’til the day I die.”

Because eventually there will be a last cast.

Just not today!
